What is Call Health?

Call Health reads your phone system configuration and detects routing loops and queue mis-configuration, problems where calls can be passed in circles or dropped, that a per-seat dashboard never sees. It is one of the things that makes CallScope different.

Does CallScope do call recording and transcripts?
