CallScope for business

Answer more calls. Coach with real data.

Every missed call is a customer who might not ring back. CallScope shows your sales, support and service teams what is happening on the phones right now, finds the calls that slipped through, and gives managers fair, data-backed coaching.

CallScope agent detail page: calls handled, answer rate, talk time, sentiment, strengths, focus areas and coaching goals

Coaching

Coach the conversation, not the gut feel.

Scorecards, leaderboard badges and optional AI call-quality scores give managers a fair, consistent basis for every one-to-one.

  • Only real conversations graded, voicemails never count
  • Your own weighted rubric, editable any time
  • Coaching notes and KPI goals per agent

Customers

Never lose the same customer twice.

Every missed call gets a reason and a follow-up status, and repeat callers are flagged before they walk away.

  • Callers not yet reached, with a call-back link
  • Busiest unanswered hours, so you staff the gap
  • Callbacks tracked from request to connection

Frequently asked

Questions from business.

Is CallScope priced per user?

No. CallScope is a flat monthly price per environment (per phone system), in three size bands from NZ$499 a month ex GST, plus a one-off setup. Add agents without changing the price within your band.

Will it disrupt our phones while we set it up?

No. CallScope connects to 3CX read-only through its API. It never changes your call routing, queues or extensions, and your team keeps working exactly as they do today.

Can we see which customers call us most?

Yes. Numbers can be matched to companies and contacts in the CallScope directory, so reports show calls by company, and the optional caller file shows every call from the same customer in one place.

Do we need AI turned on?

No. Wallboards, missed calls, callbacks, agent scorecards, reports and Call Health all work without AI. Call-quality scoring, intent-based escalation and the AI caller summary are optional extras you can enable later.
